Policies and FAQs
Blended Learning Courses
- For Blended courses, you must complete the online portion of the course prior to arriving for the in person portion. If you do not complete the online portion, you will not be permitted to attend the in person portion, no exceptions.
- You must provide proof of completion of the online portion for the blended class at the time of arrival. If proof of completion of the online portion cannot be verified, you will not be permitted to attend the in person portion and will need to reschedule. Proof of completion can be a screenshot or printed copy.
- You will receive a separate email with instructions to access and complete the online session. Please allow for a delay in receiving the email with online session access after booking. Follow the instructions in the email with the link/voucher to complete the online portion of the course which covers the pre-course skills and classroom segments. You will complete the hands on skills tests during the in person portion. If you do not receive an email with online course instructions please contact us at support@cprforall.com.
- Registration closes 3 days before the in person portion is scheduled to allow time to complete the online portion.
Online Courses & Digital Access
- Certain courses include online or digital learning components. Access to these courses will be issued after registration is complete.
- Once access to an online course has been issued or the course is launched, it is considered used and is non-refundable, regardless of completion status. Access to online training materials constitutes delivery of the purchased service.
- Online courses are non-transferable and must be completed by the registered participant.
Do I need to take an online class?
- There are two types of classes:
- IN-PERSON where all the material is covered in the classroom.
- BLENDED LEARNING where the participant is required to create an American Red Cross Account online and then enroll for the online portion of the class. Please take note of the type of class you sign up for.
In Person Courses
- There is a five minute grace period once the in-person portion begins. After the five minute grace period participants that arrive late will need to reschedule.
- You will be required to complete all necessary skills tests to pass the course. Please inform your instructor at the start of the class if you need special accommodations.
- Wear comfortable clothing as you will be on the floor for your skills tests. Appropriate floor coverings will be provided for cleanliness and comfort. You may be asked to remove your shoes for your class.
- You must follow all facility rules during your class, including but not limited to use of restroom facilities, parking, eating and drinking, etc.
- No photography or recording of the class or materials.
- CPR For All is not responsible for outcomes or injuries resulting from participation in hands-on practice. CPR For All is not responsible for any claims, injuries, or damages to the facility arising from participants. Participants may be held responsible by the facility owner(s) for any issues.
Visitor Policy
- Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during training. Children are not permitted unless they are registered in the course.
Certificates
- I lost my certificate. Where can I find a copy of it? Click here to go to the Red Cross Portal to receive a digital copy.

Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your class 1 time free of charge if you provide notice up to 3 days prior to your scheduled class date. You may reschedule your class 1 time for a $50 fee if you provide notice less than 3 days prior to your scheduled class date, but no later than the scheduled end time of your class.
- You may only reschedule 1 time. If you still are unable to attend the class, you forfeit your payment for the class and will not be able to reschedule a second time.
- Reschedule requests made after the end time of your class will not be honored and you forfeit your payment for the class.
- If you fail to complete your online portion of the blended course, and are therefore unable to attend the in person portion, you may reschedule your in person class 1 time for a $50 fee.
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your class, there are no refunds. You may reschedule (see rescheduling for more details).
- If CPR For All cancels your class due to low enrollment, loss of location, emergency closures, unsafe conditions, government restrictions, or other acts of God the participant can reschedule at no additional cost to the participant. (This rescheduling will not count towards the 1 time rescheduling policy on the part of the participant.)
- Classes require a minimum enrollment of 2 participants and a maximum of 12 participants. If the enrollment minimum is not met, the class will be canceled.
Refunds
- There are no refunds. Please make sure you are enrolling in the correct class that meets your industry’s requirements prior to completing your enrollment.
- If you fail to complete the online portion of a blended course, and are therefore unable to attend the in person portion, you will not be refunded. You may reschedule your in person portion (see rescheduling for more details). You must complete the online portion and attend the in person portion at the rescheduled time to receive your certificate. If you fail to complete the online portion again or fail to attend the in person portion, you forfeit your purchase.
- If you fail the course, as determined by the instructor, you will not receive a refund and you will not receive a certificate. You are welcome to take the course again, but you must pay again for the course.
- There are no refunds if you fail to show up for or attend the entire in person portion of the class including arriving after the grace period and leaving early for any amount of time. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. You must be present for the entire class to receive your certificate.
